Contract review for Arabic and English
Review both versions of a bilingual contract at once.
Twinclause checks your contract against your playbook, makes every change in Arabic and English together, and shows you where the two versions say different things.

Why legal teams re-check their AI
A review you can't check is a second job
If a tool changes a contract without showing why, a lawyer has to read every clause again. Teams end up trusting it for easy contracts and redoing the hard ones.
Two languages, one contract, two risks
In many Gulf contracts the Arabic text prevails. If it says something the English doesn't, the version you negotiated may not be the one that counts.
Priced for a department
Solo counsel and small teams are asked to buy five seats and features they never open.
How it works
- 1
Upload the contract
A Word file, in Arabic, English or both side by side.
- 2
Choose your playbook
Your positions: what you want, what you can live with, and when to walk away.
- 3
Decide, then download
Accept or reject each change, with its reason next to it. Download the contract with the changes tracked in Word.
What you get
Every change with its reason
Each edit shows the playbook position it enforces. Accept or reject it; the Word file only contains what you kept.
Both versions changed together
When the English clause changes, the Arabic one does too, and you decide on the pair in one click.
Differences between the versions flagged
Amounts and numbers that don't match between Arabic and English are flagged, with the governing language named.
Explanations in your language
Read the reasons in Arabic or English, whatever language the contract is in.
Word files that look right in Arabic
Tracked changes keep right-to-left text, Arabic fonts and sizes, so the file opens in Word as it should.
An interface in Arabic and English
Right-to-left throughout, with Arabic or Western digits and Hijri or Gregorian dates.

Questions
Does it replace a lawyer?
No. It does the first pass and shows its reasoning, so a lawyer can check it quickly and decide.
Is my contract used to train AI?
This is a test setup on Google's free Gemini tier, under which Google may use and review what is sent. Don't upload real contracts here.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU by default. Hosting in the UAE or Saudi Arabia is part of Enterprise; ask us.
Can I bring my playbook from another tool?
Yes. Send it to us during your trial and we'll set it up with you as positions. Uploading playbook documents yourself is coming.
What happens when the Arabic and English differ?
Twinclause flags the clause, shows both texts and names the governing language, so you can fix the version that counts.
Which files can I upload?
Word files (.docx) today. PDF and older .doc files are next.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Try it on a contract you know well.
Use one of your own bilingual contracts, or our samples.
